Originally from Rochester, New York, John has been living and working in Boston since 2001 and has enjoyed every minute of it.  From night clubs to casual to high end steak houses, he has done a little bit of everything in the industry.  John’s focus is on guest satisfaction and providing a fun environment with great spirits and cutting-edge craft beer.  When not in the restaurant John is an avid Red Sox and Celtics fan.  However, due to his NY upbringing, he is also a Bills and Sabres fan (we’ll let it slide).  He met Sarah 5 years ago while working at Lulu’s Allston and fell in love with her food.  “Her approach to comfort food is really like no other.  She makes things fun and interesting, but most of all delicious for everyone.  I could not wait to get back to work with Sarah in this new restaurant venture and hope everyone loves Stillwater as much as we do.”
